Preforclosure then letter from debt collector

More details to this question:
My siblings and I inherited parents home sister went to get appointed administrator got pregnant forclosure notice she never did anything now got letter from a debt collector for remainder of mortgage I believe. I am disabled have lived here since before parents passed away. I have not been included in any financial decisions or told. I am trying to keep the home and sister said hurry up get name on she don't want Deal with no more just buy my brother out.
