how many times a yr can your proxy be used to meet qorum I've read in the past that you must send in your proxy each and every month self addressed by homeowner .I see the same 68 proxies continuously,knowing same paper has been used for yrs,just counting on those to make a qorum

This is an interesting question that you pose. I assume you are referring to your HOA as using the Proxies previously submitted to establish a quorum.
Most proxies are specific to an individual meeting. But, the poxy should annotate on its face the period of time during which or the specific meeting for which it is valid.
