SAW A HOUSE ON REMAX LISTING[COMPUTER,[TALKED TO AGENT,SHE SAID STILL AVAILABLE,ASKED IF IT HAD ANY LIENS OR ENCUMBRANCES ETC......SHE SAID NO I ASKED ,..WHEN COULD I MOVE IN,IS THEREANYTHING IN IT FROM PREVIOUD OWNERS,SHE SAID NO. WE TALKED A LITTLE MORE & SHE ERGED ME TO COME TAKE A LOOK,{as i live in another state} I SAID I DIDNT HAVE THE TIME & ID LOOKED AT THE TAXES SIZE OF ALL THE ROOMS & ALL THE PICS ETC.......I WANT IT VERY NICE SIZE & VALUE COMPARED TO OTHERS IN THE COUNTRY!!!!!!! ONLY GO UP IN VALUE[after economy gets better}. WIRE TRANSFERED THE MONEY & SHE REFUSES TO SEND ME THE PAPER WORK & KEYS!!!!!!!!! WAS TOLD A CIVIL MATTER BY STATE POLICE..HIRED A LAWYER & ALL HELL HAS BROKE LOOSE,CRAZY PEOPLE.IM WORRIED THERES A STATUE OF LIMITATIONS or SOMETHING,CANT SEEM TO GET IT SETTLED!!!!!!! NEED HELP SETTLING THIS ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!
