Question about next door property

Hi. I have a question about a property, which is next to my property, I been living here since 2005, Scranton PA , the property next to mine is a empty lot, with grass ,I have been using the property since I live here from 2005 ,I have been cutting the grass, I Put down a swing set also , now 2016 I received a letter, to take everything off ,is it normal? just to give it up just like that?

In short, yes.  If you have your swingset on someone else's property, you are trespassing.  You should remove the swingset.
