I am putting together a quit claim document and I need guidance on verbiage. I am trying to add my husband to the deed of the property without giving him 100% ownership. I am looking at joint tenancy, but don't know how to add that into the claim. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you, Becky Merriman
