Quickclaim deed

More details to this question:
I went to visit my dad in Colorado because he was very ill and when I left back to California he took my father to the lawyers to do a quickclaim deed it was sign on the 29th of dec 2015 I was over there till the 31st and did not see my dad leave that day.My brother name is on the quick claim deed and not both of us,does that mean I'm not in title to the house anymore,the lawyer says yes he has to sell it or buy me out.And also can he take as long as he wants to pay me out of the trust.Please help need answers"

It is impossible to accurately answer your question.   But, it appears that you never had an ownership interest or you would have to sign the quit claim deed. It you are not on the deed then you have no ownership.     How does the trust paly into this?    You may want to consider consulting with an attorney to assit you in protecting your assts.   Good Luck!
