Quit claim deed

More details to this question:
We had our trust prepared and need a quit claim for some properties that we own. (we have paid them off no mortgages). How do we do this if we don't live in the country any more? We are Americans residing in England.

You can execute the deeds in England, have them sent here for filing.  With email, someone stateside can prepare the deeds and email them to you.  Shouldn't be a problem.
