QUIT CLAIM DEED WITH A POWER OF ATTORNEY

More details to this question:
My mother lives out of the country, however I have a Power of Attorney where I am authorized to complete the Sale, negotiating, etc of the property. She wants to move it into and LLC which is formed, and I would be the mamnaging member, she would be the majority member. What steps do I need to take to execute the transfer?

A power of attorney and an LLC are different. An individual is authorized to execute documents on behalf of another individual. An LLC requires a manager or member. The operating agreement controls the authority. Contact me at sgarciavidal@garciavidallaw.com if you have any questions.  Thanks.
