More details to this question:
I have a question, my Dad left a will. He left the main house to my Mother and the garage apartment to his grandson, because his grandson paid the taxes, paid for the constructions and is currently living there. The will was probated and the Judge asked that we submit a document reflecting my Dad's will. What type of document would we need to file?

The will itself (the original wet ink) should be filed. If you are writing about a subsequent matter involving a judge, then you would want to get a certified copy of the will from the probate court and file the certified copy with the new court.
