Renewal issue.

I live in a student apartment and my lease ends on july 25 2022. I want to renew my place but they are not allowing me saying my renewal deadline is passed and my bedroom is being allocated to someone else for the next term starting in august 2022. I really need this place what should i do? They want me to move out redo a new lease and move back in to a different complex on august 16 2022. So have to move out all my stuff move back in plus find a temporary place for 21days. So hectic really need help.
