Rent in arrears

More details to this question:
Lease is month to month. Lived here 4 years thid August, 2021. Due to lack of employment because of COVID last year, I owe back rent. I’m making extra payments this year. Can I be evicted?

Yes. Anytime you owe back rent you can be evicted. The CDC rule was desclared unconstitutional though it would not apply to you anyway as a MTM tenant.
