More details to this question:
Our rental flooded with sewage due to the sewer line backed up because of maintenance neglect (landlords responsible). 30%(including my sons room) of our rental is condemned and is unlivable for at least two months. My son has been living in a mold filled room for who knows how long. We still have a lease until July 23rd. Can we sue our landlord for health issues and relocation fees?

Yes, this is a violation of Colorado's law of warranty of habitability. Contact a landlord tenant attorney, many of whom will give a free initial consultation, to get some specific advice for your situation.
