renting out my condo for 4 months

my nyc condo in nyc has a 6 month minimum to rent out by owner. but i am in europe 4 months EVERY YEAR so i try to find ONE tenant to rent my CONDO exactly that time. not shorter than 3 months... i want to FIND a CONDO in NYC where this is allowed, EVERY year and i can be SURE of that, BFORE i buy there. i need to see ironclad bylaws that allow this. how can i find out which condos to look at?

Call a broker. This is an issue brokers will know.
