Riparian Rights in New Jersey

More details to this question:
The state of NJ has been holding 50,000$ of my money for 18 months in a Riparian Grant issue. I am told that this money is being held in a non interest account. After settlement I will receive no interest. Is this true.

If the funds were held in an escrow account, it is possible that you will receive no interest on that account.  The answer is going to depend the type of account that your money is being held in.
