Selling home by owner can be a very risky matter for both parties. Lately I have recieved numerous calls from both seller and buyer with problems surrounding a sale of a house without a realtor and sometimes without a title company. I would strongly suggest you hire some professionals to assist in selling your house, be it, a realtor, title company, or lawyer.
