Selling or tranffering property with a lein on it

Won judgement I placed a lein on her home. She was selling it to this guy .. i spoke with him to let him know there was a lein..some how they managed to place him as the own in his business name . Lein wasnt paid.

Well, did you file your lien with the county recorder's office?
If so, then you might have a cause of action against buyer and seller, particularly if it was a private sale.
