Selling the property with lien on renter's name

More details to this question:
My husband had a judgement against him on a credit card debt and creditor put a lien against the property that we are currently renting. We are moving out soon since the owner is selling the house. I am worried if owner can't sell the house because of this lien. Can she sell the house without any problem or do we need to provide any documents to her proving that the lien in against my husband?

An abstract of judgment is filed in the county where the debtor lives and will attach to all property owed by the debtor, including real estate.  If the debtor does not own the real estate, then the abstract of judgment will not attach to it.
