More details to this question:
My roomate served me with an eviction notice. I am not on the lease, she is. i have been living here for 6 years. In light of the coronavirus what are my options.

You might consider telling your roomate that you will plan to move out the date the governor's stay at home order is lifted.  Practically speaking she cannot move to evict you at this point because courts are closed and the governmental restrictions in place make it impossible to perform under your agreement.  If you have issues, consider hiring an experience attorney who can help you navigate this peculiar situation.   Russo Law www.russolaw-llc.com info@russolaw-llc.com 929-262-1101
