More details to this question:
I was evicted due to non payments of rent . I was charged a wholesome , I want to know if I have any options or rights because I’m also being charged early termination fee plus 60 days notice fee even though I was evicted

If you were evicted then they should not be charging you ETF fees. They are entitled to damages under Fla. Stat. 83.595. You will need to retain a lawyer to address this issue properly.
