Tenants rights when sewage backs up

More details to this question:
Sewage began backing up in the apartment. The tenant is 8 months pregnant and has two children under two years old. Shouldn’t she be put up in a safe and clean place (hotel,etc) until sewage problem is fixed, at the landlord’s expense?

No. The remedy is provided under Fla. Stat. 83.56. Sge gets a rent abatenent and the right to terminate the lease andmove if the LL doesnt make the repairs.
