Tired of neighbors harassment and the one with the( Pit bull).Called the dog warden and cops many times to know advail.The one neighbor doesen't care about the dog law.or any kind of law. Went to court and they made the one with Pit Bull finish the the fence.( except across the creek.) (I was sick) that he diden't fenich. I was bite by his dog on my land.This dog owner does'n seem to care..I just was harassed again. the other day byPit Bull owner. he can.t seam to mind his own business and keep his dog on his own land.

If the judge ordered your neighbor to finish the fence and they didn't, you can file an order to show cause to hold your neighbor in contempt of court to force your neighbor to finish the fence. You could also finish the fence yourself and sue your neighbor for the cost. But you'd need to be careful with that because you don't want to inadvertently fence yourself out of property that belongs to you. You might consider doing a survey before you start any fence project- boundaries shift over the years, it's good to know exactly what's yours.
