Hello Experts, Have a question with regards to warranty issues after home closing. This is residential closing. Repeated attempt to reach builder on issues is not fetching good results. what are my options here.

Builders are very busy right now. It is all too easy for them to put responding to complaints about past work at the bottom of the pile. Write a letter to the builder referring to the warranty and detailing the problems. If you send the letter by certified mail, it will establish proof of when you submitted a claim on your warranty. A smart builder will not ignore that.
