More details to this question:
Itโ€™s complicated, but not really. I would rather explain about it on the phone or in person if possible otherwise I guess I can start explaining. Itโ€™s concerning my landlord and my lease. I need to know if I have a case and need representation possibly.

Landlord-Tenant issues can usually be resolved without litigation, although sometimes it is necessary to file an action against a landlord in order to compel performance of responsibilities in the lease. Representation in such disputes is usually not expensive, and may "level the playing field" and facilitate achieving an acceptable outcome for both parties.

This forum is a free service for answering consumer questions. Without additional information, it is impossible to give you any type of answer. I suggest that you contact an experienced landlord/tenant attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. (S)he would then be in a better position to analyze your case, (and) advise you of your options.

Then you need to contact your local bar association or perhaps talk with an attorney that replies to this from your state.
