What can i do on eviction notice within 30 days

More details to this question:
I get the note by mail and i have 30 days to move Have some question 1-can the landlord withdraw the note if i make promises 2-i have a co-signer will the eviction will affect him Btw i pay all my rent on time 3- do the note will effect me in future leasing even if i left befor the deadline 4_if he terminates the agreament do i have to pay for the rest of the agreament.

You have not included enough information for a decent answer, I am afraid. The landlord can withdraw the notice any time. In fact, "withdraw" is not really the right word. A notice like that is not self-executing. Itis the basis for a court case he will have to file if you do not leave.
