What constitutes right to privacy being violated

More details to this question:
Landlord . Since I moved in 3 years ago I have been unable to have privacy and joy in my apartment. He harrases me on every move normal day to day things that others do 8 other apartments and they don't get harrased only me. He tells other tenants hes evicting me he's not renewing my month to month. Not good at writing it. I'm 60 yr old disabled widow raising 2 grandkids alone.

Thre is no bright line as its all situational. If you are a MTM tenant - the remedy is to move elsewhere. Thats the beauty of a MTM tenancy - you can terminate it without worrying about breaking a lease equally.
