lady tenant on second floor condo unit complain of a/c noise of condenser on roof, an a/c company was hire and found that the noise is from unit on the first floor - documented- association and condo management got involved. manager recorded the a/c unit and found no problems. Lady tenant insists that is my responsibility to fix the neighbor a/c. non stop emails with half trues and twisting like; I knew this problem for three years (?) I promise a Christmas gift of $ 60.00 and $350.00 to the association that I supposed pay for repair to neighbor a/c many others fantasies. I am afraid of contacting her in person as she might invent something really bad. I keep all her emails, also I have offered her freedom of the rest of the eight months of the lease.
