What do I do? Eviction over 63+ & disabled

More details to this question:
My husband and I were served with eviction summons. He is 100% service connected Veteran. And I am 100% disabled and have a Cardiac condition, numerous Autoimmune disorders, Narcolepsy and cataplexy & had a stroke. We are 64 & 65. Our landlord is not sympathetic to our needs. Violating the ADA. Elder law also. We have compiled with eviction issues and con't to do more. We have Always paid rent on time. The staff continue to harass us .
