What do I do or how do I get them to move out or leave?

More details to this question:
My husband and I rented a mobile home with my 3 sons 9 years ago. Of course my 3 sons are grown now. My 26 year old son has brought his girlfriend to stay with us. She has been there for 5 months. I have asked them to rent them a place and move out and the girlfriend says that I have to evict them. I don't own this place. I'm just renting. My rental agreement has 2 adults and 3 children because it was 9 years ago.

See an attorney, but likely she is correct given the fact that she has been there for the length of time stated.

You should consult a real estate attorney about filing an eviction of a sub-tenant.
