What if I can't move out or rental within the 30 days given?

More details to this question:
My landlord gave me a 30 day notice approx 6/3 or 6/4 stating I have to be out of rental by 7/1. I have found somewhere to move however it will not be ready until 7/15. What will happen I can't move until then?

You should try to negotiate an extension with your landlord. However, if you are unable he may choose to begin the eviction process on July 1, this normally takes a few weeks.
