More details to this question:
I have a tenant that does that because her boyfriend does construction and he gets free materials and then just does stuff in her little house she rents from me she is very nasty with me and never able to discuss without arguing...so I am going to give her a letter to clean up some left over dangerous materials on perameter of her house and dangerous stuff too....

You should give notice to terminate the tenancy. You don't know what work is being done without permits and whether the workmanship is being done correctly.
