We believe the individual who sold us our house had knowledge of a water damage problem in the bathroom that she failed to disclose, and even tried to cover up (by regrouting the shower but not replacing the material underneath the tile). What is the law in Colorado, and how should we proceed?
If the seller lied on the disclosures and you can prove that he withheld material facts you may have a claim against him for fraud etc.
