You file the quit claim in with the Clerk and Recorder of the County in which the property is located. Do you really want to file a document effigial transferring the ownership of real property when, it appears that you have very little knowledge of how to do this properly?
You should consult with an attorney. This can probably be handled for you for a few hundred dollars.
