More details to this question:
My son received a phone call from the apartment complex this morning,they said your lease expires today and you have until friday to sign a new lease,lived here for over 10 years many different management groups,just got a suprise new one in dec, anyway in the past we receive a letter 60 days prior to leases expiring letting us know to let them know in 30 days if we are re newing our lease or leaving,question is is a 3 days notice even legal when renewing a lease?
