Whose insurance is responsible if they have personal liability on their insurance?

More details to this question:
I am carrying homeowners on the structure. The tenants are carrying renters insurance. They put trampoline up without notifying me. A child was injured.

If THEY put it up without your knowledge and consent, it would seem that they would be liable.
