QUESTION

Will renting out my studio on an hourly basis be considered subletting?

Asked on Feb 10th, 2015 on Commercial Real Estate - California
More details to this question:
I'm a graphic designer/photographer with my own photography studio that I lease. As part of my business, and to help make ends meet, I advertise my photography studio as a place where other photographers can use on an hourly basis for an hourly rate. The typical rental is 3 to 5 hours at a time. Rental will never go over one (1) day. Is that considered subletting? My studio is located in Los Angeles, California.
