More details to this question:
We were behind on our rent, we had a verbal agreement with office manager of apartment. complex. New management came in and we got a 3 day or quit notice. When the court date came up i was out of town working and my other half went to court for us. They would not axcept any of the paper work from my other half. Now we are being evicted. What can i do to stop this. I need help. Thank you.

From your facts it sounds as though the Court has issued a Default Judgment for possession as a result of your failure to appear on the Summons date.  If that is the case unfortunately, your case is over, I do not see facts to support any type of emergency motion to quash the Order.  Will the former management testify for you regarding your agreement?  Without this you have no case.
