A Laundry List of Appealable Issues

Asked on Mar 31st, 2013 on Social Security Disability - Texas
More details to this question:
During my last ALJ hearing, I believe I won the prize for the most appealable issues possible. Please verify or help me understand otherwise. Medical Expert 1. telephonic testimony with no prior notice 2. only cert as Child Psych when the impairment is progressive Ankylosing Spondylitis (not even qualified to testify about "arthritis family disease") 3. his access to my medical records didn't begin until 8 years after my correct onset date and 3 years after my date last insured (he couldn't have possibly reviewed my whole record even though he claims he did) 4. he affirms I am disabled, but doesn't even consider SSR 83-20 ALJ 1. did not correct an incorrect onset date before the hearing even after the AC instructed him to (which led the ME to miss 8 years of my records) 2. has repeatedly used an incorrect onset date to deny my claims (going on for 3 years now) 3. dismissed my SSDI claim knowing there was an ongoing issue with incorrect onset date That's all the room I have.
