ssa told me that my case is with A senior attorney at the hearing office i have not had a hearing yet could you please tell me what that means.

It means that they are taking a look at your case to see if they can give you a favorable decision without holding a hearing.  This is a good thing, as long as you are making sure that they have all the information that you need to support your claim.

This simply means that your case is under review by the attorney prior to sending it to scheduling for a hearing before a Judge.  The attorney will determine what the issues are in your claim and whether you have submitted all the evidence required of you.
