I would have passed say nine months I've been given three or four different people handling the case none of them know that the basics of how to file an I just don't have any confidence in them anymore. I've been with the firm for 2 years or more and that was wondering if it is in fact legal or acceptable or allowable to transfer my case to a different firm or private practice. It feels like I'm just a number with these guys and I need it to be take a little bit more seriously it's if easy case that should be one. I was told by many people that the only reason I haven't been approved as of yet is for the simple fact that I'm 36 years old. We filed for a hearing date last October and that's the stage I'm at right now.
