am i eleigble for ssi or disability benefits

im a stay home divorced mom that has worked maybe a year since 1999. i have been diagnosed with a brain aneurysm and neuro-cardiogenic sycope. because of the unexpected blackouts it has made me unreialbe to work steady. Im trying to go to school for $ months for a manacurists but i have miss almost 4 weeks so far. my PCP had diagnosed me as disabled earlier this year. where do i go from here and would i even have a case?
