I was the recent victim of an assault where i had to have reconstructive surgery on my face. I sustained upper jaw fractures, loss of teeth, a broken nose(unrepairable), a broken eye socket, and the frontal portion of two parts of my sinuses were smashed and needed rebuilt. I have a dime sized hole in my forehead. While in surgery they repaired my sinuses, placed 1"x2" steel mesh in my forehead, a plate over my eye socket, and 3 different plates in my jaw. I am experiencing limitations as far as bending over creates an extreme amount of pain in my forehead. I have constant pressure on both of my eyes witch also creates and extreme amount of pain, and limits my peripheral vision. I experience random dizzy spells.
The question is are you working?
If yes, then no case.
