am i eligible for disability

More details to this question:
i am wondering if i am eligible for disability a alot of people have told me i should apply due to my severe depression and my extreme bad eye sight. i have been clinically claimed high risk depressed, i was even fired from my employer due to my depression getting in the way of me work, i have had it since i was 11 and i have really bad eight sight since i was born. right now my eye sight is 20/400 with double vision, and severe stigmatism, no matter what doctors try to do with my glasses to correct the double vision it is always there. i cant even drive safely, due to my double vision and low eye sight a doctor just told me my left eye is gone i can see color but no actual form of a figure it is like looking through a kaleidoscope. now all i see is dots every black dots and flashes different from floaters little flashing dots. and that is why people say i should look into disability because i have to rely on everyone to drive me places i have never gotten my license due to my eyes.
