in 2017 i had two vertebras fused in my neck another had fused from past injury have fought with the pain and limited mobility since , upon turning 63 i decided i couldn't work on the job any more . i was turned down because of my estimate of earnings was changed by the auditor to the earnings of 2020 they said i can appeal , my question is do i need to just resubmit for medical reasons
