are my conditions enough for ssdi

blind in left eye got catarack in both eyes herenacted disc in the neck, both hands have hand numbness and lost of touch, two shattered ribs on the left side do to gun shoots wounds, back pain from the bullet wounds, and broking tale bone, lost of vocie volume left foot inflation if on food all day. diabetes, and depression

Eligibility is based on inability to perform any job, not just your regular job, which is expected to last for at least 12 months.  You can apply online at www.ssa.gov.  If you need a lawyer (typically only if you need to appeal to an administrative law judge), you can find one on the website of the National Organizaiton of Social Security Claimants Representatives.
