More details to this question:
My son has ADHD and if he isnt taking meds he cannot function in school, he is unable to focus and can disrupt his class. He has been on meds now for 3 yrs

SSD is for individuals who paid into the system, and sometimes dependents of those individuals. To obtain SSD, an individual must have worked a certain number of years.
