Can my husband get disability?

Asked on Feb 17th, 2020 on Social Security Disability - North Carolina
More details to this question:
My husband has grandma seizures and due to this the state has taken his drivers license and his employer has put him out of work. He has filed for disability and keeps getting denied. With him being out of work so long he can't afford to go to the doctor for his medication, and no one will hire him with no way to work and because he has seizures. Desperately need help
