Can someone help me get my disability?

I've been dealing with a law firm for about a year now and I can't even get through to them anymore. I go to mental health and that's what they were going with. Due to my recent illness I need someone to help me a little faster. I've been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, that's rapidly getting worse and it's getting harder and harder for me to work. My glucose gets up to almost 600, my vision is fading also. I'm on insulin now. So what should I do
