More details to this question:
I am having a uncanny bad time in my state. I had a disibilit court date but I was arrested 5 minutes from the hearing building . I submitted a request for another hearing but I am afraid of the outcome because of the bad time I am having here. My questions are can I change venue at this stage and if so do I have to wait for a year for another court date.
