Disability

I am being mislead by the law office I hired . I filed SSD 2013 was denied went to federal court remanded back was told by social security it is a priority but was told by law office social security can't get me in until jan 2018 I called social security they said they can get me in sooner but it was my representative who has scheduling problems . so when I called the law firm out they said yes we can get you in sooner but have nobody avail to represent u.. this is not fair I ive waited this long and have to wait even longer because of them ?! Furthermore the law firm lied to me acting as if it were social security! Is this legal do I have any rights??
