Do I qualify for disability

I would like to know if there is a chance of getting disability? I've just had my 3rd back surgery on Dec 12 and I am going for an epidural injection today to try and calm the pain. This was my 8th surgery overall and I'm am on short term disability and I have to be back to work by March 4th or l will lose my job. I'm sure I can have the Dr fill paper out for ling term because of the type of surgery I had. It was my 2nd spinal fusion of L4-L5. L5-S1 were already fused. Any information would be helpful Thank you Chuck H.
